离心搓撞式旧砂再生器

武汉地区各铸造车间的旧砂含泥量普遍很高,有的竟达40%。这使旧砂回用困难,也严重影响铸件质量。为此,我们协同一些单位,自行设计了旧砂处理工序的关键设备——离心搓撞式旧砂再生器。一年多的生产实践表明,这设备的使用效果良好,如表1、表2所示。现在武汉地区和外地的一些有关单位正在推广采用。

The sand content of the old sand in the casting workshop in Wuhan is generally high, some as high as 40%. This makes the old sand difficult to reuse, but also seriously affect the quality of castings. To this end, we collaborated with a number of units, designed their own sand handling process of the key equipment - Centrifugal Scraping sand regenerator. More than a year of production practice shows that the device works well, as shown in Table 1 and Table 2. Now some units in Wuhan and other places are being promoted.
