目的:同时测定不同产地五味子类药材中5种主要木脂素类成分的含量,并对其质量特征进行分析。方法:采用HPLC法同时测定不同产地五味子类药材中五味子醇甲、五味子醇乙、五味子酯甲、五味子甲素、五味子乙素含量。以5种成分含量为指标,使用SPSS 19.0、SOLO软件对30批样品进行主成分分析、聚类分析。结果:30批样品被分为三大类,反映不同产地五味子类药材的内在质量特征。结论:主成分分析、聚类分析方法可为五味子类药材分类、质量评价提供依据,为节约药材资源及合理用药提供借鉴和参考。
OBJECTIVE: To simultaneously determine the contents of five major lignan components in Schisandra sp. From different areas and analyze their quality characteristics. Methods: Simultaneous determination of schisandrin A, Schisandra B, Schisandra A, Schisandrin A, Schisandrin B in different origin medicinal materials of Fructus Schisandrae by HPLC was carried out. The five components were used as indexes to make principal component analysis and cluster analysis using SPSS 19.0 and SOLO software. Results: Thirty batches of samples were divided into three categories, reflecting the inherent quality characteristics of Schisandra sp. In different producing areas. Conclusion: The principal component analysis and cluster analysis can provide the basis for the classification and quality evaluation of Schisandra chinensis medicinal materials, and provide reference and reference for the conservation of medicinal materials and rational drug use.
