2011年3月驰宏锌锗(600497)与大兴安岭金欣矿业有限公司的部分股东就股权转让事宜签署了《框架协议》,拟受让该部分股东合计持有的金欣矿业51%的股权。公司7月5日公告,金欣矿业的部分股东依《框架协议》约定已将合计51%的股权变更至公司的名下。
In March 2011, Chihong Zinc & Germanium (600497) signed a Framework Agreement with some shareholders of Daxinganling Jinxin Mining Co., Ltd. on the transfer of equity interests, intending to transfer 51% equity of Jinxin Mining which it held in total. On July 5, the company announced that some shareholders of Jinxin Mining had agreed to change the total 51% equity to the name of the company according to the “Framework Agreement”.
