目的 :对踝、距下关节外侧韧带进行计算机三维重建。方法 :用生物塑化技术制作 1 .2mm厚的薄层断面标本 ,在SGI工作站上 ,对踝、距下关节骨骼及外侧区韧带进行了三维重建。结果 :重建结构均能单独显示、任意搭配显示或总体显示 ,可在三维空间位置上绕任意轴旋转任意角度 ,并且 ,所有结构在任意方向上的径线和角度 ,均可适时测量。结论 :由于采用了先进的的断面标本制作技术和contours +marchingcubes算法 ,较之以往的三维重建研究 ,图像显示效果更好 ,较清晰地反映了各结构的解剖关系
Objective: Three-dimensional computer reconstruction of the lateral ligaments of the ankle and subtalar joint. Methods: The 1.2 mm thick thin section specimens were made by bioplastics technology. The ankle, subtalar joint bones and lateral ligament were reconstructed on SGI workstation. Results: Reconstructed structures can be individually displayed, collocated with the display or the overall display, can be rotated at any angle around any axis in three-dimensional space, and the diameter and angle of all structures in any direction can be measured in time. Conclusion: Due to the use of advanced cross-section specimen making techniques and contours + marchingcubes algorithm, the image display is better and the anatomy of each structure is clearly reflected than the previous 3D reconstruction studies
