随着社会经济的飞速发展,作为国有企业的供电公司的竞争压力越来越大,面对如此大的竞争,供电公司若想要继续发展,必然要在企业管理方面做出改变。政工工作作为企业管理中重要的一部分,首要的就是要进行创新。本研究将从企业文化的角度来谈如何进行电力政工工作创新,并会就此提出相关的应对措施,以望对供电公司的管理人员起到启发性作用,对其的长远发展做出一份贡献。
With the rapid socio-economic development, the pressure of competition as a power supply company of state-owned enterprises is increasing. In the face of such huge competition, power supply companies must make changes in business management if they want to continue to develop. Political work as an important part of business management, the first is to carry out innovation.
