目的 :研究核DNA数控定量分析技术对角结膜缘上皮性肿物病理诊断的意义 ,特别是进行早期组织病理学改变的诊断价值。方法 :应用自动图象分析技术及定量病理学方法 ,对 5 1例角结膜缘上皮性新生物 (上皮良性增生、上皮非典型性增生、原位癌、鳞状细胞癌 )定量测定核DNA含量和细胞核仁组成区嗜银蛋白 (argentumofnuclearorganizerregion ,AgNOR)含量。结果 :在四种不同病变中 ,细胞核DNA倍体含量 (2C ,3~ 4C ,≥ 5C)存在着显著的差异 ;AgNOR颗粒的分布形态、颗粒大小及所占核仁面积大小均存在着明显的差异 ,与病变的良、恶程度以及细胞的分化状况有着密切的关系。结论 :应用自动图象分析技术对角结膜缘上皮性肿物进行核DNA及AgNOR含量数控定量分析测定 ,可作为对组织病理学诊断可靠的辅助诊断方法 ,进一步分析了解增殖性病变的细胞增殖活性 ,评价其早期增殖分化潜势 ,鉴别良恶性病变 ,有利于从细胞生物学特点评估患者的预后 ,具有一定的实用意义。
Objective: To study the significance of numerical quantitative nuclear DNA analysis in the pathological diagnosis of epithelial conjunctiva epithelial tumors, especially for the early diagnosis of histopathological changes. Conclusion: Quantitative quantitative analysis of nuclear DNA and AgNOR content in the limbal conjunctival epithelial tumor using automatic image analysis technique can be used as a reliable diagnostic method for histopathological diagnosis, and further analysis of cell proliferative activity of proliferative lesions , To evaluate its early proliferation and differentiation potential, to identify benign and malignant lesions, is conducive to assessing the prognosis of patients from the characteristics of cell biology, has a certain practical significance.
