患者女,58岁,患慢性肺心病并严重心力衰竭及呼吸衰竭,低钾,低氯性碱中毒。入院后给予抗感染和解除支气管痉挛药物,以及毒毛旋花子甙K(毒毛K)0.125mg/d静注,静脉补钾1.5g/d,13天后临床症状好转。轻度紫钳,半卧位,血压14.7/9.3kPa,双肺可闻及散在喘鸣音,心率:115次/分,偶闻及期前收缩,血钾由2.5mmol/L升至4.8mmol/Lt血氯由78mmol/L升至
