作者在一家电镀作坊中,通过对四名工人每天用个体采样器测定车间空气中镍浓度,及在班前、班后各采集血、尿样进行镍含量分析,连续一周追踪观察,以研究接触空气中镍浓度与尿、血浆中镍的含量间关系。车间中镍浓度波动在0.03~0.16mg/M~3。为对尿、血浆镍作基础限值评定,对这四名暑假回来的工人立即采样分析并对紧挨车间一名仓库工人作为较小接触者加以分析测定。
