一、档案信息公开的涵义(一)档案信息的涵义在教材中档案被定义为“是社会组织或个人在以往的社会实践中最直接形成的具有清晰、确定的原始记录作用的固化信息”。档案信息“是国家机构、社会组织和个人在社会活动中形成的对国家和社会具有保存和利用价值的档案的总和”。由此可看出,档案信息属于信息的一种存在形式,档案是人类社会发展进步的重要的信息资源。(二)档案信息公开的涵义“在我国‘档案信息公开’一词是从‘公开历史档
