本文探讨在一个带有时间坐标网络计划图中，直观分析工序中的自由时差和总时差以及相互关系的方法。从而减少绘图，便于利用时差进行调整优化。
This paper discusses the method of visually analyzing the free time difference and the total time difference and the relationship between them in a network plan with time coordinates. This reduces drawing and makes it easy to adjust and optimize using the time difference.
