在小麦生产上,苗全、苗齐、苗壮是获得丰产的基础。高活力种子能获得上述三苗。在播前对种子进行预处理以提高种子活力,是生产上很有意义的一项增产措施。经典的种子播前预处理技术都曾在生产上发挥过一定作用,但因条件所限,真正推广应用的不多。故此,探讨简便的处理方法显得很必要。本文研究了水合——脱水(hydration—dehydration)处理提高小麦种子活力的效果及机制。此法简单易行,效果显著。一、材料与方法供试小麦品种为在自然条件下贮存了9个月的烟农15和鲁麦8号。水合——脱水方法是将种子浸在20℃水中一定时间,然后在25℃下干燥至原含水量,再重复浸种——干燥(水合——脱水)1次。浸种时间分2、6和10小时,以不处理种子作对照。
