螺纹钢筋的冷弯横裂,系指其冷弯试样按标准要求冷弯之后,在试样弯曲部分出现的横向开裂。这种开裂具有明显的规律性,一般均出现在横筋同侧的根部(图1)。其严重程度一般随曲率半径的增大而减小。对不同规格的螺纹钢,其规格越大,冷弯横裂的机率越大。表1表明,月牙形新外形横筋对冷弯横裂更为敏感。这类开裂,轻微者称为冷弯裂纹,严重者称为冷弯裂口,两者统称冷弯横裂。
Cold bending of rebar transverse crack, refers to the cold-bend test specimens according to the standard requirements of the cold bend, the specimen bent part of the lateral cracking. This cleft has obvious regularity, generally appear in the same side of the root of the transverse reinforcement (Figure 1). The severity generally decreases with increasing radius of curvature. For different specifications of rebar, the greater the specification, the greater the chance of cold bending and transverse cracking. Table 1 shows that the crescent-shaped new cross-bar is more sensitive to cold bending and transverse cracking. This type of cracking, slightly called cold bending cracks, severe cold bending called cracks, both collectively referred to as cold bending and transverse cracking.
