球罐的施工技术要求很严格,如何确保组装球罐在水压试验和气密性试验中,获得一次合格的问题值得探讨。作者在学习外单位先进经验的基础上,通过现场实践对球罐质量控制进行了总结。从球罐的组装质量、焊接质量、最后的检验和试验质量等3方面,详细阐述了质量控制的标准要求和所应采取的有关措施。并指出,球罐的质量控制和检验工作必须渗透到每道工序中,认真严格地执行,以保证整个球罐的组装质量。
Spherical tank construction technology is very strict, how to ensure that the assembly of spherical tank in the hydraulic test and tightness test, to obtain a qualified question worth discussing. Based on the advanced experience of outside units, the author summarizes the quality control of the spherical tank through field practice. The quality requirements of the quality control and relevant measures should be elaborated in terms of the assembly quality of the tank, the welding quality, the quality of the final inspection and test. And pointed out that the quality control and inspection of the spherical tank must be infiltrated into each process, strictly and strictly implemented to ensure the assembly quality of the entire tank.
