以色列能源论坛(Israel Energy Forum)是以色列能源领域一个著名的非政府组织,致力于促进可再生能源的利用、构建以色列可持续发展的能源体系。该组织针对以色列未来实现100%依赖可再生能源发展的可能性开展了一项“零碳计划”研究并得出结论。以色列开发水电和地热发电的潜力十分有限,而过高的人口密度对光伏发电和风电的开发也形成了一定阻碍,更重要的是,以色列与邻国之间并没有架设跨区域的电网输配设施。该组织在此次的研究分析中,采用了一种独创的最优化问题求解法计算出了合理的可再生能源利用比例,并得出一个惊人的结论——在发电成本保持不变的前提下,以色列2040年的可再生能源使用率高达80%。
The Israel Energy Forum is a prominent non-governmental organization in Israel’s energy field dedicated to promoting the use of renewable energy and building Israel’s energy system for sustainable development. The organization conducted a “Zero Carbon Program” study and concluded that Israel is 100% dependent on renewable energy development in the future. Israel’s potential for hydropower and geothermal power generation is very limited, and too high a population density has hindered the development of photovoltaic power generation and wind power. More importantly, there is no cross-regional power transmission and distribution between Israel and its neighboring countries facility. In this research and analysis, the organization used a unique optimization problem solving method to calculate the reasonable proportion of renewable energy utilization, and came to an astonishing conclusion - under the premise of the same cost of power generation Israel’s renewable energy use in 2040 is as high as 80%.
