为在犬动物模型上研究左肺血流逆行循环对血流动力学和肺功能的影响 ,选用杂种上海犬6只 (10kg~15kg) ,左后外侧第4或5肋间进胸 ,在近肺总动脉分叉处离断左肺动脉 ,远心端与左心耳顶部吻合。左下及左中、上肺静脉与牛颈静脉血管 (直径8mm~10mm ,长5cm~6cm)分别作端端吻合和端侧吻合 ,左肺动脉近心端与牛颈静脉血管端端吻合完成肺血流重建。在手术开始前及吻合结束时及结束后2小时 ,作血流动力学及血气分析指标监测。结果显示 :术后左肺顺应性良好 ,管道通畅。手术前后血流动力学指标 :平均体动脉血压、心率、心排量、左肺血流量、右肺血流量无统计学差异 ;血气分析即氧分压、二氧化碳分压、pH值、血氧饱和度无统计学差异。提示左肺血流逆行循环具有可行性 ,能保证良好的血流动力学和肺功能。
In order to study the effects of retrograde circulation of left pulmonary blood flow on hemodynamics and pulmonary function in a canine animal model, 6 hybrid Shanghai dogs (10kg ~ 15kg) Pulmonary artery bifurcation at the left pulmonary artery, distal and apex of the left atrial appendage anastomosis. Before and after the hemodynamic parameters: mean arterial blood pressure, heart rate, cardiac output, left pulmonary blood flow, right pulmonary blood flow was no significant difference; blood gas analysis that partial pressure of oxygen, partial pressure of carbon dioxide, pH, oxygen saturation No significant difference in degree. Tip left blood flow retrograde circulation is feasible, to ensure good hemodynamics and pulmonary function.
