用红外辐射测温技术对铝合金铣削温度进行了间接、近似、直观的测量,获得了高速铣削研究所必需的温度数据,并测出铣床主轴转速为7 500r/min 左右时切削温度达到最高临界值。
The temperature of the aluminum alloy was measured indirectly, approximatively and intuitively by using the infrared radiation temperature measurement technology. The temperature data necessary for the high speed milling research were obtained. The temperature of the milling spindle reached the highest critical value when the spindle speed was about 7 500r / min value.
