一、当前市场安排情况和存在的问题我省自三月财经会议以后,各地在全面安排市场方面均先后采取了有效措施,经过宣传政策、摸底算账、典型试验、制订方案,截止六月底止,除少数地区行动迟缓现仍在进行安排外,全省大部地区已基本上安排下来,市场紧张情况已基本好转,私商营业额普遍上升,积极性有所提高。目前太原、大同等五市及汾阳、解虞等七十八县已经进入算细账,调整行户之间的营业及处理具体问题阶段。经过安排的地区,城乡市场国、合零售业务已稳定下来,私商营业额均有显著增加,公私经营比重开始发生变化,根据十二个重点城市统计,五月份市场零售额及公私比重较上月增减情况是:国营
