1 淇河(鹤壁段)生态环境概况1.1 淇河水文概况淇河是海河流域漳卫河水系卫河左侧主要山区支流,在鹤壁市河段长77km,流域面积250km~2。淇河属山区性河流,河源短,水流急,河道比降上陡下缓。淇河流域正处于太行山迎风区,是豫北地区暴雨中心,极易形成洪水,而且峰高量大,是造成淇河下游及卫河洪灾的主要原因。新村水文站实测流量资料表明,流经该站的年径流量以地下水为主,其径流过程基本平缓,引起河水大幅度涨落主要为大气降水,且多集中在汛期6~8月。多年平均流量10.69m~3/s。1993~2002年近10年淇河平均流量为4.19m~3/s。其河水量近
1 Qihe (Hebi Section) Overview of Ecological Environment 1.1 Qihe Hydrological Profile Qihe is the main mountainous tributary of the Weihe River in the Zhangwei River system in the Haihe River Basin. It is 77km long in Hebi City, with an area of 250km ~ 2. Qi River is a mountain river, short source of Heyuan, water emergency, the river dropped steep slow down. Qi River Basin is located in the Taihang Mountains windward area, it is the center of rainstorm in northern Henan, easily form a flood, and the peak height is large, is caused by the lower reaches of the Qi River and Wei River flood the main reason. The measured flow data of Xincun Hydrological Station show that the annual runoff flowing through this station is dominated by groundwater, and its runoff is basically gentle, resulting in a significant fluctuation of river water mainly in the atmosphere and mostly in the flood season from June to August. The average annual flow of 10.69m ~ 3 / s. The average flow of Qi River from 1993 to 2002 was 4.19m ~ 3 / s in the past 10 years. The river is near
