针对工业现场电阻炉温度控制对象分布式、多样性、复杂性和异构性的特点,提出并开发了一种基于模糊PID算法的无线分布式温度控制系统。运用自顶向下的设计方法,建立了分布式、多层次的无线网络拓扑结构,便于对系统中控制软件的规范设计与管理;将模糊PID控制算法与数字滤波算法相结合,实现了对分布式、多台、复杂电阻炉温度的集中管理与分散控制。该系统可靠性、控制精度及响应速度均可满足行业要求,有效地解决了有线分布式控制系统布线复杂、施工困难等问题,而且便于系统二次拓展。
In view of the distributed, diverse, complex and heterogeneous characteristics of temperature control objects in industrial field resistance furnace, a distributed temperature control system based on fuzzy PID algorithm is proposed and developed. The top-down design method is used to establish a distributed multi-layer wireless network topology to facilitate the standard design and management of the control software in the system. By combining the fuzzy PID control algorithm with the digital filtering algorithm, Type, multiple, complex resistance furnace temperature centralized management and decentralized control. The system reliability, control accuracy and response speed can meet the requirements of the industry, and effectively solve the wired distributed control system wiring complex, difficult construction and other issues, but also facilitate the second expansion of the system.
