目的：复吸是海洛因依赖脱毒后的一个关键问题，稽延性戒断症状在引发复吸中具有重要的作用，有必要对其进行规范化评定。方法：分别调查了１３２名美沙酮递减脱毒及４３名未给予任何药物自然戒断脱毒的海洛因依赖住院治疗者，对脱毒后的２０个症状进行观察，从中选出８项稽延性戒断症状项目，编制成海洛因稽延性戒断症状评定工具。结果：初步编制了海洛因稽延性戒断症状评定量表，它将有助于海洛因稽延性戒断症状的研究。
Objective: Relapse is a key issue after detoxification of heroin addicts. Protracted withdrawal symptoms play an important role in inducing relapse and it is necessary to standardize the assessment. Methods: A total of 132 methadone-eradicated detoxification and 43 heroin-dependent inpatients who did not receive natural drug detoxification were investigated. Twenty symptoms after detoxification were observed and eight protracted abstinences Symptoms project, compiled into a tool for assessment of heroin protracted withdrawal symptoms. Results: A preliminary assessment scale of heroin protracted withdrawal symptoms was prepared, which will be helpful for the study of protracted withdrawal symptoms of heroin.
