在《档案法》颁布实施五周年之际,市人大教科文卫委领导奚心雄等一行人于1992年12月2日下午专程到市档案局馆视察《档案法》贯彻执行情况。市档案局局长许有方向市人人教科文卫委员会汇报了全市贯彻实施《档案法》和《档案法实施办法》的情况以及今后档案法制工作的设想。许有方局长从六个方面汇报了五年来全市贯彻实施《档案法》的基本情况。一,以多形式开展了档案法制宣传活动,增强了社会档案法制意识。各级档案局组织了研讨活动,撰写了宣讲材料,印发了20万册《档案法》宣传手册;各级档案部门充分利用广播、电视、幻灯、简报、宣传栏、黑板报、智力竞赛、演讲活动等生动活泼的形式,广泛宣传了《档案法》,在社会上产生了
