穿心莲内酯对S180荷瘤小鼠抗肿瘤作用的实验研究

目的采用实验法穿心莲内酯对S180荷瘤小鼠抗肿瘤作用。方法选取鼠龄、质量大致相同的S180荷瘤小鼠40只,雌雄各半,随机分为4组,阴性对照组、阳性对照药物组以及穿心莲内酯高剂量组和低剂量组,每组小鼠10只。阴性对照组小鼠接种0.5%CMC-Na溶液,阳性对照组接种20mg/kg环磷酰胺,穿心莲内酯低剂量组按25mg/kg接种,高剂量组按50mg/kg接种,对比4组肿瘤生产情况。结果给药后,穿心莲低剂量组和高剂量组的瘤重分别为(1.31±0.23)g和(0.70±0.15)g,肿瘤抑制率为27.23%和61.10%,均明显优于阴性对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;另外,小鼠的脾脏指数和胸腺指数均明显优于阴性对照组,并且高剂量组的抑制率明显高于低剂量组,组间比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论穿心莲内酯对S180荷瘤小鼠具有明显的抗肿瘤作用,通过抑制小鼠肿瘤细胞的生长发挥抗肿瘤作用,值得临床推广使用。 Objective To study the antitumor effect of andrographolide on S180 tumor-bearing mice. Methods Forty S180 tumor-bearing mice of the same age and quality were selected and divided into four groups randomly, which were negative control group, positive control drug group and andrographolide high-dose group and low-dose group, each group was small 10 rats. The mice in the negative control group were inoculated with 0.5% CMC-Na solution. The positive control group was inoculated with 20mg / kg cyclophosphamide. Conclusion Andrographolide has obvious anti-tumor effect on S180 tumor-bearing mice and exerts anti-tumor effect by inhibiting the growth of mouse tumor cells, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
