本文选择近景魔术中魔术师与观众的互动对话作为所分析的语料,以合作原则中的质准则为切入点,对比了不同文化背景下(中国和美国)的观众对同一个魔术反应的异同。从语用学理论的角度解释了魔术成功和失败的原因。这说明合作原则在今天对一些语言现象仍具有很强的解释力,只是在不同文化之间进行交流时,合作原则的运用并不是一成不变的。只有了解和熟悉不同文化,并在跨文化交际中加以灵活应,才能使交际成功地进行下去,才不会在交际中产生误解。
This article chooses the interactive dialogue between magician and audience in close-range magic as the corpus to be analyzed, and compares the similarities and differences between the audiences in different cultural backgrounds (China and the United States) on the same magic reaction. From the pragmatic theory point of view the reasons for the success and failure of magic. This shows that the principle of cooperation still has strong explanatory power for some linguistic phenomena today. However, the application of the principle of cooperation is not static when communication between different cultures is held. Only by understanding and being familiar with different cultures and being flexible in intercultural communication can communication be successfully carried out without misunderstanding in communication.
