目的探讨大网膜转移癌的超声诊断价值。方法分析50例大网膜转移癌的超声表现。结果50例患者中，弥漫性增厚20例，其中10例伴有低回声结节；局限性增厚27例，其中15例伴有低回声结节，1例表现为孤立性结节；漏诊3例。结论超声对判断大网膜转移癌的部位及内部结构具有临床价值。
