财务公司随着我国社会经济体制改革产生,是一种非银行金融性企业,为集团公司内部各成员提供集资、融资业务,是具有独立法人地位的经济实体。当前,我国大型国有企业通常以集团化运作,这就对企业资金运作提出了更高要求,作为企业生存命脉,资金管理水平及效率将直接影响企业集团发展的稳定。基于此背景,各大型国有企业纷纷开始设立财务公司,对企业集团的发展提供了良好的支持。值得注意的是,财务公司在我国的应用时间还不长,国有企业的发展模式也较为特殊,提高财务公司在大型国有企业中的贴合度,从战略出发寻找国企与财务公司间的契合点,实现长远发展,是文章研究的重心。
