当前,部分机关党务工作者无心党务工作,往往是做做姿态,走走过场,“守土”意识不强,原动力不足,大大影响了机关党建工作的成效。这种状况必须引起高度重视,想办法予以扭转。笔者认为,可以从以下几个方面着手:—通过教育来唤起原动力。思想是源,行动是流。原动力不足,说到底还是思想在作怪。一要加强党的知识教育,增强光荣感。加强党的基本理论、基本知识,党的路线方针政策,党的优良传统和党史教育,
At present, some party workers do not concentrate on their party work, often making gestures and going through the field. They are not well motivated and their motive power is not strong enough. This has greatly affected the effectiveness of the Party’s party building. This situation must be given high priority and we should try to reverse it. The author believes that we can proceed from the following aspects: - Through education to arouse the driving force. Thought is the source, the action is flow. Motivation is not enough, in the final analysis or thinking at play. First, we must strengthen the education of the party’s knowledge and enhance the sense of glorification. Strengthen the party’s basic theory and basic knowledge, the party’s line, principles, and policies, the party’s fine tradition and education of the history of the party,
