由国家科委火炬计划办公室、中国高校校办产业协会和中国科技产业杂志社共同发起召开的“全国高校科技产业管理研讨会”于1991年6月22日至26日在珠海市举行。来自全国各高等学校的院校长、党委书记、学校科技产业负责人以及中央有关部委的代表共160人出席了会议。国家科委顾问、全国政协委员谢绍明同志主持了会议,并作了题为“发挥高校优势,推动我国高新技术产业发展”的重要讲话。国家教委条件装备司司长、中国高校校办产业协会理事长蒋景华同志就发展高校科技产业的形势、宗旨、作用和环境条件等问题作了主题报告。国家教委科技司副司长王志松同志就如何发展高校科技产业发表了意见。国家科委
The National Symposium on Scientific and Technological Industrial Management in Universities and Colleges, co-sponsored by the Torch Plan Office of the State Science and Technology Commission, the Chinese University-run Industry Association and the China Science and Technology Industry Magazine, was held in Zhuhai from June 22 to June 26, 1991. A total of 160 representatives from school presidents, Party secretaries, school science and technology industry leaders and relevant central ministries and commissions from various institutions of higher learning in the country attended the meeting. Comrade Xie Shaoming, consultant of the State Science and Technology Commission and member of the CPPCC National Committee, presided over the meeting and made an important speech titled “Enhancing the Advantages of Colleges and Promoting the Development of High-tech Industries in China”. Mr. Jiang Jinghua, Director of the State Education Commission Conditional Equipment Division and Chairman of the Industry Association for Industry-run Colleges and Universities of China made a keynote speech on the situation, purpose, role and environmental conditions of the university's science and technology industries.
