在现代化信息技术发达的今天,我国的市场经济发展速度相对较快,而健全的法治制度是经济发展的基本保障。因此,建立起具有科学性、高效性的法律体系是时代发展的必然趋势。从发达国家的相关经验来看,健全的法制体系是社会发展和经济增长的根本,也是维护整个社会稳定的基石。文章基于此种背景下展开对法制与经济效率关系的研究分析,从中寻找其与社会经济增长存在的必然联系与具体影响,为我国经济的发展提供可供参考的建议。
Today, with the development of modern information technology, the market economy in our country develops at a relatively fast pace while the sound legal system is the basic guarantee for economic development. Therefore, to establish a scientific and efficient legal system is the inevitable trend of the development of the times. Judging from the relevant experience of developed countries, a sound legal system is the foundation of social development and economic growth and the cornerstone of maintaining social stability as a whole. Based on the research and analysis of the relationship between legal system and economic efficiency in this kind of background, the article looks for the necessary relationship and concrete influence between it and social economic growth, and provides some suggestions for the economic development of our country.
