目的:了解企业退休人员的健康状况和疾病谱特点。方法:对企业退休人员健康体检资料进行分析。结果:97.09%的受检者检出异常,88.62%的人患有2种及以上疾病或指标异常。疾病谱前6位为白内障、高血压、高脂血症、脂肪肝、高尿酸血症和高血糖。白内障、高尿酸血症的检出率随年龄的增长而增长;高脂血症检出率女性明显高于男性;高尿酸血症的检出率男性明显高于女性。结论:应加强企业退休人员的健康管理,有针对性地进行健康干预。
Objectives: To understand the health status and disease spectrum characteristics of retirees in enterprises. Methods: To analyze the health check-ups of retiree. Results: 97.09% of the subjects detected abnormalities and 88.62% of the patients had two or more diseases or abnormalities. The top 6 diseases were cataract, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, fatty liver, hyperuricemia and hyperglycemia. The detection rate of cataract and hyperuricemia increased with age. The detection rate of hyperlipidemia was significantly higher in women than in men. The detection rate of hyperuricemia was significantly higher in males than in females. Conclusion: The health management of retirees should be strengthened and health intervention should be carried out in a targeted manner.
