目的 :考察脑组织注射液细菌内毒素检查法的可行性。方法 :根据中国药典 1995年版 1998年增补本收载的细菌内毒素检查法要求进行实验。结果 :1∶4的样品稀释液无干扰作用 ,可用于检测样品的细菌内毒素。结论 :将脑组织注射液稀释 4倍 ,可用灵敏度为 0 .5Eu·ml-1的鲎试剂作细菌内毒素检查。
Objective: To investigate the feasibility of bacterial endotoxin test in brain tissue injection. Methods: According to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 1995 edition supplement 1998 contained bacteria endotoxin test method requires the experiment. Results: A 1: 4 sample dilution showed no interference and could be used to detect bacterial endotoxins in samples. Conclusion: The brain tissue injection diluted 4 times, the sensitivity can be used 0.5Eu · ml-1 sperm reagent for bacterial endotoxin test.
