当我们在油画风景写生时,往往面对的是纷繁不已的自然对象,首先要学会概括提炼。在对画面的构思确定之后,尽量用较大的色块来概况形体,将眼前复杂的景象表现为最基本的形,这一步是相当重要的,会使其后的作画过程变得容易。很多油画家通常会在细节的刻画上忽略整体,不能控制好整体的节奏,而使画面显得散乱。反复修改下的结果,画面色彩腻而不通透,自己也耗费了精力失去了创作的热情。因此,我们必须一开始对画面的色彩和光影进行概况,之后的细致刻画是建立在准确的光与色的基础之上的,只要在定稿的时候画出正确的大的色块关系与光影关系,体现物象大的的块面变化,物象的细节刻画自然就会解决。
