Starting from the industrial structure and the value chain of stadiums and gymnasiums, this paper analyzes the preconditions and competitive advantages of large-scale stadiums and hotels, and provides a reference for our country’s large stadiums to create and maintain the competitive advantage in the industry in the future market economy.
