仪化公司是引进国外先进生产装置和技术建成的化纤原料生产基地.但是,在生产实践中发现,引进的技术装备也不是完美无缺.因此,在学习借鉴引进技术的基础上,对引进设备开展技术改造,成为一项十分有意义的工作.仪化技术人员的智慧和振兴我国纺织工业的主人翁意识在改造引进设备方面得到了充分体现.一、消化吸收引进技术,确立国产化地位1981年,原纺织部党组决定以引进日本纺丝和后处理图纸,与日方合作设计的方式,在仪征实施1.5万吨涤纶短纤维设备国产化攻关.由于我们在多年生产中不断对设备进行改造,不仅保证了引进设备的正常运行.也为1.5万吨涤纶短纤维设备同产化提供了许多宝贵的设计依据.1.涤纶一厂从德国引进的聚酯三单元投产后,圆盘反应器内的第25、26、27号圆盘轮辐几次断裂,严重影响生产.公司组织有关工程技术人员通过分析、查找原因,提出了改造方案,经与外商协商后,进行厂改造,轮辐断裂现象从此消除.
