本文采用8-羟基喹啉-氯仿体系萃取铜,5%盐酸反萃取,铜经富集后用火焰原子吸收法测定。研究了萃取和测定的适宜条件,拟定了测定磷矿中微量铜的方法。对河北阳原磷矿样品实际测定,铜的回收率为97-103%,相对标准偏差不大于5%。本法灵敏、快速,干扰少,可用于测定磷矿、水系沉积物等样品中微量铜。一、实验部分(一)仪器和试剂1.180-70型偏振塞曼原子吸收分光光度计(日立)。2.铜空心阴极灯(日立)。3.铜标准贮备液(1毫克/毫升):0.5000克铜丝溶解在硝酸中,转移到500毫升容量瓶内,用1%硝酸稀释至刻度。
In this paper, 8-hydroxyquinoline - chloroform extraction of copper, 5% hydrochloric acid back extraction, copper enrichment by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The suitable conditions for extraction and determination were studied, and the method for determination of trace copper in phosphate rock was developed. The determination of Hebei Yangyuan phosphate rock samples, copper recovery was 97-103%, the relative standard deviation of not more than 5%. This method is sensitive, fast, less interference, can be used for determination of trace amounts of copper in phosphate rock, sediments and other sediments.
