本文通过对安徽省中学体育教师继续教育现状的调查与研究,得出结论:安徽省中学体育教师职称明显偏低;中学体育教师参加继续教育的目的主要是解决职称问题。安徽省中学体育教师现行的继续教育形式不够合理,没有针对性。
Through the investigation and research on the status quo of continuing education of PE teachers in middle schools in Anhui Province, this paper concludes that the title of PE teachers in middle schools in Anhui Province is obviously low. The purpose of middle school PE teachers participating in continuing education is mainly to solve the title of title. The current forms of continuing education for PE teachers in middle schools in Anhui Province are not reasonable and pertinent.
