注重初中学生数学能力的培养是现代化教育的发展趋势。新课标对于教师在教学过程中的所扮演的身份有着新的定位。新课标指出教师在新课改的课程教学过程中应改变传统课堂上的主体地位,让学生成为课堂的主人;应该改变“填鸭式”的教学方式,力争让学生自主学习探究;应该成为学生能力培养的引导者,引导学生全方面发展。因此,对于教师应如何在新要求下培养初中生数学学习的能力,笔者想谈谈自身一些粗浅的看法。
Attention should be paid to the training of mathematics ability of junior middle school students, which is the development trend of modern education. The new curriculum standard for teachers in the teaching process has played a new role in the identity. The new curriculum standard pointed out that teachers should change the dominant position in the traditional classroom and make the students become the masters of the class in the course teaching of the new curriculum reform. The teaching mode of “spoon-feeding” should be changed so as to enable the students to study independently; To become a guide for the cultivation of students’ ability to guide students in all aspects of development. Therefore, I would like to talk about some superficial opinions about how to train junior high school students in maths learning under the new requirements.
