临床资料本组85例中,男:54例;女:31例,年龄最小者17岁,最大者54岁。所有患牙均已作过牙髓治疗。其中于髓术69例,去髓术5例,不明者11例。症状表现自发痛35例、温度刺激痛64例、咬合痛53例。残髓炎的发生距原治疗的间隔时间,最短者一周,最长者5年,多数在半年之内。临床检查:所有患牙去除原充填物后,在根管的不同部位出现探痛。其中,在根管口探痛者63例,在根管中部探痛者16例,在根管下段探痛者6例。对冷刺激敏感者12例,对冷刺激不敏感,但用冰块刺激有反应者32例。大部分患牙有叩痛或不适感。
Clinical data 85 cases in this group, male: 54 cases; female: 31 cases, the youngest 17 years old, the largest of 54 years old. All teeth have been treated with endodontics. Among them, 69 cases were treated with medullary technique, 5 cases with marrow removal technique and 11 cases with unknown. Symptoms showed spontaneous pain in 35 cases, 64 cases of temperature-stimulating pain, bite 53 cases of pain. The occurrence of residual myelitis from the original treatment interval, the shortest one week, the longest five years, most within six months. Clinical examination: All teeth remove the original filling, the different parts of the root canal pain. Among them, there were 63 cases of pain in the mouth of the root canal, 16 cases of pain in the middle of the root canal, and 6 cases of pain in the lower end of the root canal. 12 cases were sensitive to cold stimulation, not sensitive to cold stimulation, but 32 cases were stimulated with ice. Most of the teeth have percussion pain or discomfort.
