目前还没有定量测定动物肢体负重状况的可靠方法,爬行足迹分析是通过测定动物爬行时足印的大小从而反映其爬行时肢体负重情况的半定量测定法。选用一侧跟腱切除模型为实验对象,将大鼠后肢在显影液中浸泡后,使其爬行通过感光胶片,即在胶片上获得清晰的大鼠爬行时的足印,测量并计算大鼠足印大小(S)和两侧足印大小的比值(Sr)。结果显示:大鼠一侧跟腱切除后,很长时间内,其双侧S值有显著差异(P<0.01);Sr值则随时间延长逐渐接近1。反映了大鼠双侧后肢负重在跟腱切除后有显著差异并随肢体修复逐渐接近的过程。实验证明:爬行足迹分析能较准确地反映动物肢体的负重变化情况。
At present, there is no reliable method for quantitatively determining the bearing condition of animal limbs. Experiments show that crawling footprinting can accurately reflect the changes of the body weight of animals.
