本文根据《城市抗震防灾规划标准》GB50413-2007确定的信息系统建设要求,提出了城市抗震防灾规划信息系统构建的整体思路。根据系统目标和特点,基于GIS和数据库技术,文章首先给出了系统数据库分类、存储、访问与功能设计的思路;然后针对抗震防灾规划常用的数学模型,基于数学建模技术提出了模型库设计的具体思路和方法,并探讨了数据库与模型库的链接方法。
According to the requirements of information system construction determined by GB50413-2007, “Earthquake Preparedness and Disaster Prevention Planning Standards of Cities”, this paper puts forward the overall train of thought of constructing earthquake-resistant and disaster prevention planning information system in cities. According to the system goals and characteristics, based on GIS and database technology, the article first gives the system database classification, storage, access and functional design ideas; and then for mathematical models commonly used in earthquake disaster prevention planning, based on mathematical modeling technology proposed model library Design specific ideas and methods, and discusses the link between the database and the model library.
