李文东,1974年出生。1997年毕业于沈阳工业学院,获工学学士学位。高中时曾获国家发明金奖,大学期间获3项国家专利。1997年2月大学毕业前夕,开始自主研发美式箱式变电站制造技术,同年9月成立沈阳昊诚电气公司并任总经理,并于1998年8月开发出国内第一台美式箱变,在国家城乡电网改造中得到广泛应用和推广。2001年1月昊诚集团组建,任总裁至今。这位年仅29岁的总裁,以他传奇的创业经历以及立志打造沈阳“中国电气工业园”的气魄吸引了业内的关注。
