目的 :观察多巴胺、速尿经麦氏点注射腹腔内治疗恶性腹水的疗效 ;方法 :对 5 0例并发恶性腹水的患者取麦氏点腹腔内注射多巴胺 2 0～ 60mg ,速尿 40～ 2 0 0mg ,连续注射 2～ 4d ,间歇 2～ 3d ,重复用药 ,不超过 4周 ;结果 :腹水完全消失 2 9例为显效占 5 8% ,腹水减少 5 0 %以上 1 2例为有效占 2 4% ,腹水减 5 0 %～ 2 5 % 4例为微效占8% ,总有效率 (RR)为上述之和占 90 % ;结论 :本疗法治疗恶性腹水的RR为 90 % ,而且即经济又安全方便。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the curative effect of intraperitoneal injection of dopamine and furosemide on wheat’s intraperitoneal injection. Methods: Fifty patients with malignant ascites were treated with intraperitoneal injection of dopamine 20 ~ 60mg and furosemide 40 ~ 20 0mg, continuous injection of 2 ~ 4d, intermittent 2 ~ 3d, repeated medication, less than 4 weeks; Results: Ascites completely disappeared 29 cases markedly effective accounted for 58%, ascites decreased more than 50% %, Ascites 50% ~ 25% 4 cases of micro-efficiency accounted for 8%, the total effective rate (RR) for the above and accounted for 90%; Conclusion: The treatment of malignant ascites RR is 90%, and that the economy And safe and convenient.
