我厂某产品需要在内孔中开凹槽(?)23.5~(+0.06)mm,用一些专用量具也无法得到凹槽的实际尺寸。为此,我们改制了一把内量爪已损坏的卡尺(见图)来测量,其分度值为0.02mm,测量范围:为0~125mm。经车间使用,效果良好。改制的具体方法是:根据孔径大小确定圆柱内量爪尺寸(最好取整数,以便于计算),打磨深度应根据凹槽位置来确定,去掉图中虚线的刃口部分(如槽的位置深则可适当保留)。圆柱内量爪的厚度和测量面的深度须小于凹槽尺寸。
