新刑诉法的修订对检察机关反贪部门办理案件提出了更高的要求,而检察机关职务犯罪线索是检察机关反贪部门查办案件的前提和基础,加之新刑诉法加大了对人权的保证力度,这就提高了反贪部门对线索成案的要求。但是基于诸多原因,造成反贪案件线索资源匮乏、线索积存严重,反贪部门办案困难。在网络极其发达的当今社会,迎来了自媒体时代,这为反贪侦查部门摸排线索提供了机遇和挑战。本文将以自媒体时代为视野,建立反贪案件线索摸排机制,旨在拓展反贪案件线索来源。
