《中华人民共和国献血法》施行以来,高校学生成了无偿献血的主力军。但从实践上讲,无偿献血公益文化建设在各高校开展得还不够。因此,各地人民用血需求与献血量不平衡的问题日益凸显。本研究以期通过高校(以广东石油化工学院为例)无偿献血这一公益事业的文化建设分析为切入点,与社会(茂名市中心血站)的无偿献血公益文化建设作对比,探讨高校关于无偿献血公益文化建设事业发展中存在的根本性问题,研究高校与无偿献血相关的公益文化建设的内容、途径、方式和方法。
Since the implementation of the “Blood Donation Law of the People’s Republic of China”, college students have become the main force of blood donation at no cost. However, in practice, the construction of nonprofit donation and blood donation culture in colleges and universities is not enough. Therefore, the problem of unbalanced blood demand and blood donation among local people has become increasingly prominent. This study aims at using the cultural construction analysis of non-profit blood donation as a starting point by colleges and universities (taking Guangdong Institute of Petrochemical Technology as an example) as a starting point to compare with the non-profit public cultural construction in society (Maoming Blood Center) Blood donation culture construction of public interest in the development of the fundamental problems that exist in universities and unpaid blood donations related to the culture of public welfare content, ways, means and methods.
