学员行为管理就是在研究、把握学员行为规律的基础上,通过高级管理机关内部群体和组织以及组织以外的环境达到对学员行为的预测和控制。应当运用管理科学原理,加强对学员特别是军校学员实施行为管理。
Student behavior management is based on the research and grasp the rules of the students, through the internal management of senior management and internal organizations and organizations outside the environment to achieve the student behavior prediction and control. The principles of management science should be applied to strengthen the management of behavior of trainees, especially cadets.
