本文总结了两例白血病病人骨髓移植的情况,介绍了他们组织相容性抗原匹配程度、预处理方案和移植骨髓的有核细胞数。并对两例移植的不同结果与预处理方案的关系,结合文献作了讨论。
This article summarizes the case of bone marrow transplantation in two leukemia patients, describes their histocompatibility antigen matching, pretreatment programs and the number of transplanted bone marrow nucleated cells. The relationship between the different results of two cases of transplantation and the pretreatment regimen was also discussed in combination with the literature.
