随着“阳光体育运动”的提出和如今经济的快速发展,人们的体育锻炼意识越来越强。而对于我国的学生来讲,随着课程教育标准的不断改革,以及教育部门对于培养全面发展的素质人才的重视,学生有了更多自由支配的时间和发展个人兴趣爱好的自主性,所以他们有了更多的时间和机会来进行课外的体育活动或其他活动。通过文献资料的查找、走访调查以及访谈结合的方法,对我国部分中小学及大学生课外参加体育活动的现状进行了一些调查,针对其中出现的一些问题进行研究并提出了一些对策。

As for our students, with the continuous reform of the standards of curriculum education, as well as the education sector for the cultivation of all-round development of quality personnel attention, students have more free time and personal interest in the development of autonomy, so they There is more time and opportunity for extra-curricular sports or other activities. Through the investigation of the documents, the interview and the methods of interviews, this paper conducted some surveys on the present situation of some primary and secondary school students and their participation in sports activities in our country. Some problems appeared therein were studied and some countermeasures were put forward.
