申建中国(河南)自由贸易区(以下简称河南自贸区),是我国内陆地区进一步扩大对外开放、东西部协同发展的要求,更是实施“丝绸之路经济带”战略,推动我国区域经济合作向更广范围、更大规模、更高层次迈进的要求。本文以党的十八届四中全会“全面依法治国”为引领,以推动河南省加快构建“丝绸之路经济带”战略支撑点为基准,以把河南自贸区建成最具发展活力、最具创新能力、最具辐射带动作用的“丝绸之路经济带”高地为目标,在对河南自贸区建设的法律制度进行具有前瞻性、现实性和系统性的研究设计的基础上,进一步从内容上和机制上对河南自贸区法律制度深入探索,寻找突破口和创新点。
The establishment of China (Henan) Free Trade Zone (hereinafter referred to as “Henan Free Trade Zone”) is a requirement of further expanding opening up to the outside world and developing coordinated development between the eastern and western regions in China’s interior regions.
