高职院校以培养实用技能型人才为主。进入到新的历史时期,对于人才培养应社会人才需求而提出了更高的质量要求,高职院校的体育教学作为学生综合素质教育的重点教育学科,就需要相应地调整体育人才培养方案。然而目前高职院校普遍存在着体育教学内容更新速度慢,加之教学模式不足,导致学校对于体育教学虽然已经加大了投入,但是并没有建立优化评价体系。本论文着重分析高职院校体育教学面临的挑战,并提出发展对策。
Higher Vocational Colleges to Cultivate Practical Skill Talents. Entering into the new historical period, higher quality requirements are put forward for talent training to meet the needs of social talents. As a key discipline of comprehensive quality education for students in higher vocational colleges, there is a need to adjust sports talent training programs accordingly. However, at present, the updating speed of physical education teaching is generally low in higher vocational colleges, and the lack of teaching mode has led to the fact that although the school has increased its investment in physical education, it has not established an optimal evaluation system. This thesis focuses on the analysis of the challenges of physical education in vocational colleges and puts forward the development strategies.
