滨江一带钱塘江两岸常有人说,夏正的现代大都市都是沿江而建的。依西湖而建的杭州老中心是否已经“廉颇老矣”,现在可能尚言之过早.但钱塘江已经在向人们扭动妩媚的身姿。钱江新城的规划就是冲着这条大江去的.新布中心也呼之欲。几年来,城南、滨江一带房地产的迅猛发展,与其说是由于钱塘江的魅力,不如说是政策规划的魅力,政坛的力量总是巨大的。钱江新城的规划、钱江四桥的建设,都是让并发商趋之若鹜的重要因素。
